Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of area attributes and area quality on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at GWalk CitraLand Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that area attributes and area quality significantly affect visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on visitor loyalty and partially mediates the relationship between area attributes, area quality, and visitor loyalty. These findings suggest that improving destination attributes and maintaining high area quality are essential strategies for enhancing visitor satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.
