Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  • Authors are responsible to check their own plagiarism. The manuscript which is submitted should be under 25% of plagiarism

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Originality

Authors must submit original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under review elsewhere. All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening. Authors are required to conduct an independent Turnitin check prior to submission, with a maximum similarity score of 25%.

2. Scope of Submission

Manuscripts should fall within the journal’s focus areas: economics, business, accounting, finance, and related disciplines. Articles outside the scope may be returned without review.

3. Manuscript Structure

Authors are expected to prepare manuscripts using the standard journal structure:

  • Title

  • Abstract and Keywords

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review

  • Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References

4. Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts must follow these formatting rules:

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Size: 12 pt (main text), 10 pt (footnotes)

  • Line spacing: 1.15

  • Margins: 2.54 cm on all sides

  • Length: 10–20 pages

5. Citation and Referencing Standards

Recommended guidelines include bibliographic and formatting standards alongside examples of common citation formats to be used in submissions. Authors should apply APA 7th edition consistently.

  • Journal Article:
    Lastname, A. A., & Lastname, B. B. (Year). Title of article. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), pages.

  • Book:
    Lastname, A. A. (Year). Book title. Publisher.

  • Web Source:
    Author/Organization. (Year). Title of page. URL

6. Ethical Considerations

Authors must adhere to ethical publishing practices, including accurate citation, avoidance of plagiarism, proper data reporting, and declaration of any conflicts of interest.

7. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted via the Online Journal System (OJS). Authors can track the progress of their submission through their OJS account.

8. Peer Review Process

The journal uses a double-blind peer-review system. Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, clarity, relevance, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field.

9. Revision and Acceptance

Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer and editor recommendations within the specified timeframe. Final acceptance is determined by the editorial board.

10. Publication Fees

Details on any applicable article processing charges (APC) are provided on the journal’s website.
