Abstract

The problem faced by the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in OKU Timur Regency is how to control and influence the work discipline of civil and honorary civil servants, while the purpose of this study is to determine the supervision and its influence on the work discipline of civil and honorary civil servants. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a strong influence between Supervision and its influence on employee work discipline at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of East OKU Regency. From the results of these calculations it turns out that r = 0.786. After being consulted with a conservative standard it turns out that 0.696 lies between 0.600 – 0.799 which is included in a strong correlation. So that it can be said that there is a strong influence between Supervision and its influence on the work discipline of Civil and Honorary Civil Servants at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of East OKU Regency. Then to answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter whether there is a relationship or not, then it is tested with a hypothesis test and obtained t count = 3.595. While the value of t table at the 95% confidence level for (n – 2) = 1.860. So it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.595 greater than the t table value, namely = 1.860, thus meaning (Ha) can be accepted and (Ho) is rejected. Keyword : Supervision, Work Discipline
