Abstrak

This study aims to examine the effect of gender diversity on financial performance mediated by corporate social responsibility in manufacturing companies in the industrial sector. The hypothesis testing method uses SEM-PLS with a total sample of 95. The results show that gender diversity on the board of directors and board of commissioners has no significant effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility and the company's financial performance. In addition, the corporate social responsibility variable is not able to mediate the relationship between gender diversity and the company's financial performance. Keywords: gender diversity, corporate social responsibility and financial performance
