Abstrak

The effect of self-concept on individual social adjustment of students at Mts Al-Washliyah Gedung Johor Medan using a table. From the results of research that has been done from the results of the percentage of the results of the questionnaire, it is clear that students of Mts Al-Washliyah Johor Building Medan have a positive relationship between self-concept and adjustment in school. After the calculation, it was found that the correlation between variable X and variable Y was 0.822 and this proved that there was a significant effect between the two variables. After knowing the correlation between the two variables, the significance level was calculated between the influence of self-concept and individual social adjustment of Mts Al students. -Washliyah Johor Medan Building carried out the "t" test. From the analysis of the difference in the arithmetic mean obtained tcount > ttable with a value of tcount = 7.09 while ttable = 1.980, the researcher's hypothesis reads "There is a Positive Relationship between Self-Concept and Self-Adjustment at Mts Al-Wasliyah School, Johor Building Medan can be accepted. Then to determine the percentage of influence between the X variable (self-concept) on the Y variable (individual adjustment) is calculated by the Determination formula, in the calculation of determination the percentage between the two variables is 67.56 so that it can be concluded that the influence of self-concept on individual adjustment has an effect of 67.56% on social students at Mts Al-Washliyah Johor Building Medan
