PENERAPAN PEMBANGUNAN KETENAGAKERJAAN DI LEMBAGA AMIL ZAKAT AL WASHLIYAH BERAMAL DENGAN PENDEKATAN MAQASID SYARIAH

Abstract

Observing the implementation of employment development at the Amil Zakat Al-Washliyah Charity Institute (LAZ WASHAL) Medan City using the Maqasid Syariah approach. The purpose of this study is to find out whether employment development at the Amil Zakat Al-Washliyah Charity Institute has been implemented or not. Then, is it in accordance with applicable labor law and in accordance with Maqasid Syariah. The maqasid sharia approach in this research is that there are several labor laws that have not been or have not been implemented in the LAZ, therefore there is a violation of one of the laws that have been set. The research method used is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely using interviews and documentation. This research is located at the Amil Zakat Al Washiyah Charity Institute, Medan City, which is located at Jalan Sisingamangaraja, North Sumatra. The results of this study are based on company regulations, namely Law No. 13 of 2013 concerning employment. In addition to containing the obligation to make company regulations, it also contains sanctions if this is not done. So, the Amil Zakat Al Washliyah Charity Institute has implemented several laws that have been applied in employment, but there are also still some that have not been carried out, which in itself has violated the applicable laws.
