Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Dan Keputusan Investasi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Property Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2021-2023)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially and concurrently examine how capital structure, corporate expansion, and investment choices affect company value in the real estate and property industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2021 and 2023. This study's methodology is a quantitative analysis using Eviews panel data regression. Businesses in the real estate industry are the main focus of this study. Thirty-three samples of yearly financial reports were obtained through the use of purposeful sampling. The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) provided the secondary data used in this investigation.
