Ahmad Syathiri, Ferdinant Adhitama

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Islamic bank activities as proxied by the deposit ratio and financing ratio on regional economic growth as proxied by the gross regional domestic product variable. This study uses secondary data from the Financial Services Authority and the Central Statistics Agency for 2018-2020. The analysis technique uses regression and correlation tests. Based on the results of the partial regression test, only the deposit ratio has a positive effect on GRDP. The results of the F test show that the financing ratio and the deposit ratio have a positive and significant effect on GRDP. The results of the one-way correlation test (sig 1-tailed) also found that there was a relationship between the two independent variables with GRDP.
